Everything at the Creekside Café that we serve to you is the highest of quality. All of the fruits and vegetables are cut by hand. Our salad dressings are made from scratch with our secret recipes. 100% maple syrup is available. We bake all our own bread and compliment it with homemade jams and jelly. Naked Brand Orange Juice is served. When possible we use local product. We believe in fresh food, not processed food. We are constantly changing our menu to bring you the best possible breakfast and lunch possible.
Yampa Valley Beef
For an original local experience be sure to try some Yampa Valley Beef. This beef from Toponas, Colorado is grass fed, hormone free. You will be able to taste the difference in the chicken fried steak and gourmet burgers. The hamburger for the lunch menu is ground fresh daily. Chef Jason purchases whole cows to make sure there is no waste and that no animal is killed that will not be used.
The rye, white, wheat, biscuits, buns and baguette bread at the Creekside is all made from scratch with love by hand. This means no harsh chemicals or preservatives for you. It is all fantastically tasty.
Hand Cracked Eggs
Our cooks crack all our farm fresh eggs by hand. We could not imagine serving you liquid eggs. That is one of the reasons our Hollandaise tastes so good. Over 50,000 eggs are cracked yearly. Some of our dishes highlight local Lucky 8 Ranch eggs.
The Best Ever Granola
Hand crafted, rich in seeds and nuts, lightly sweetened and toasted to perfect deliciousness. The name was coined by our friend Kelly Nelson (a self-proclaimed granola expert) who after having it said it was simply the “Best Granola Ever”. We agreed so we kept the name. You can start your meal at the Creekside with granola and yogurt for the table, have it for your meal or take some home with you.
The Best in Boat winner is not to be missed. Our super-secret recipe makes these perfectly spicy. For a twist on the traditional Bloody, try the Bacon Bloody which is made with BaKon Vodka and garnished with a stick of thick yummy bacon.

The owner of Davis Family Farms grew up in Steamboat but moved to Palisade to farm. Our summer menu features as many fresh fruits and vegetables as Lance can bring us.

You’ve heard of Kale, basil, sweet peas. Probably even baby kale, sweet peas and basil. Well Innovative takes it a step smaller; Micro greens. These delicious little greens with have you wanting more. So tender and juicy.
Elkhead Ranch Co.
Located outside of Hayden Colorado and specializing in all natural and organic potatoes. The Creekside carries their Purple Majesty potato. They can be sampled in fall and winter in items such as the Kartofelpuffer, Turkey Hash and potato latkes.
Mountain View Pork
Locally pastured pork. Once you taste the Legendary Eggs Benedict with this ham you will be disappointed with anything less. Once again Chef Jason purchases the whole pig to avoid waste.
